PRINCIPAL
RESPONSIBILITIES 主要職責

1.?Research the Hotel competition and independent operations of catering establishments, bars & restaurants and spas to understand the strengths, weaknesses opportunities and threats in the
in the market and situate our products to have unique positions in the market to grow revenues and market share.

6.Implement a complete effective pricing strategy within the hotel room product to ensure that revenues are maximized and pricing between different segments is appropriate. To optimize market share.

a)?Direct all sales activities within the Hotel including room sales, events sales and reservations.

a)?Direct the media relations strategy to ensure the hotel and its operating departments obtain the largest editorial coverage within the competitive set.

a)??Be the Langham Brand Steward within the Hotel ensuring that all adverting and graphic identity is in line with corporate guidelines.

b)? Manage the Langham ?Brand-print within the organization ensuring the Hotel in all its departments is true to our brand position and building on the strengths of the brand-print

11. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)客戶關系

a)?Direct the CRM strategy of the hotel?encompassing the building of our customer databases and effective communication?to same.

b)?Direct and work with the relevant members of the hotel team with regards to the successful development, marketing and management of Langham Advantage (food and beverage recognition),Langham Privilege Club (accommodation guest recognition), Ouida ( bookers recognition and rewards) and Langham Press Club media recognition

c)????????Attend assigned training sessions.

12.???? Direct GDS marketing plan to build market share from these important distribution
systems.

in revenues and market share delivered through brand.com and OTAs.

with airlines, TMC?s, corporate accounts, credit card companies, major events and sponsorship opportunities both nationally and locally.
