崗位職責/職位描述

崗位職責:

- Develop target account list from the assigned territory and conduct sales activities develop business for all DMH hotels

- Working hand-in-hand with other RSO office to maximize all opportunities within and out of China

- Communicate and coordinate between account and the hotels to confirm and follow up on business

- Develop and articulate the annual account business plan to meet or exceed the Sales goals

- Manage key accounts in the region

- Manage relationships with third party suppliers to ensure DMH receives fair market share.

- Develop and maintain client database

- Identify and develop account and business opportunities for pre-opening or newly opened hotel

- Support DMH Roadshow and client event

- Support and Participate in the organization of sales missions and trade shows to represent DMH hotels

- Dedicated effort for support opening hotel to optimize the result
- 致力于新酒店開業銷售支持, 確保酒店開業順利進行
- Sales trip to assigned destination to gaining new client date, business leads and market intelligence
異地銷售拜訪,獲取更廣泛的客戶資源及市場資訊
- Compile weekly and monthly report to the management for production and activities updates

任職資格:

- With minimum 8 years of hotel sales experience
至少有8年酒店銷售工作經驗
- Related experience in travel or hospitality industry preferred.
有旅游或酒店行業相關經驗者優先
- Well versed with sales & marketing trend and able to initiate the market needs to enhance business result.
熟悉銷售和市場趨勢,能夠啟動市場需求,提高業務業績。
- Ability to develop accounts and room business for the hotels with year on year growth

- Aggressive sales personality with business instinct
