職位：銷售副總監-團隊 Assistant Director of Sales - MICE
崗位職責/職位描述
1、Have leadership skills, understand the responsibility of the MICE Sales position.
2、Well knowledge of the sales skill, monitor and report on the market and competitors in the responsible market area.
3、Assist Director of Sales to allocate daily work according to sales team structure, supervise and guide the sales manager orexecutives as needed in developing group quotations or contracts.
4、Maximize sales at all times and effectivelyforecast team and cateringrevenue.
5、Assist Sales Director to participate in thedevelopment of marketing plan and collaborateto reach (and possibly surpass)budget.
