Requirements

1.?Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position in a fine dining or a 5-star hotel environment.

2.?Strong passion for gastronomy and familiarity with culinary trends.

3.?Solid knowledge of wines, spirits, and mixology; WSET Level 2 is an advantage.

4.?Professional appearance and demeanor suited to a luxury environment.

5.?Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English.

6.?Strong attention to detail and excellent guest?engagement skills.
