崗位職責(zé)/職位描述
工作職責(zé):1. Provide advice and support when the sales team manipulates business cases/requirements (price strategy, special requirements), to transform business inquiries into confirmed events.
當(dāng)銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)操縱生意案例/ 需求(價(jià)格策略、特殊需求)時(shí)給予建議和支持,了使生意質(zhì)詢轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榇_認(rèn)的事件。
2. When receiving business requirements from the sales manager, promptly prepare proposal/contract, etc. for the customer.
當(dāng)從銷售經(jīng)理處拿到生意需求時(shí),及時(shí)為客戶準(zhǔn)備計(jì)劃書/合同等。
3. Discuss the final details with the client and provide professional advice and suggestions on the event planning and setup.
和客戶一起商談最終細(xì)節(jié)并在活動(dòng)計(jì)劃和布置上給予專業(yè)的忠告和建議。
4. Ensure effective communication with customers and all departments of the hotel.
保證與客戶和酒店各部門有效的溝通。
5. Distribute team-related information to various departments in the hotel. For example: send banquet notification, team summary, and prepare for meeting lectures.
將團(tuán)隊(duì)涉及信息分發(fā)至酒店各部門。例如:發(fā)宴會(huì)通知單,團(tuán)隊(duì)摘要和準(zhǔn)備會(huì)議講座。
6. Communicate and coordinate with various departments in a timely manner when there are demands or urgent needs from the meeting organizers.
在會(huì)議組織著有需求或有緊急需求時(shí)及時(shí)與各部門進(jìn)行溝通協(xié)調(diào)。
7. Ensure that event organizers and clients satisfy their guests during the event/team‘s stay.
讓活動(dòng)組織者和客戶在活動(dòng)/團(tuán)隊(duì)停留期間讓其客人滿意。
任職資格:
1. Experience in the same industry and position is preferred, with a long-term intention to develop in the hotel industry;
有同行業(yè)同崗位經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先,意向在酒店行業(yè)長期發(fā)展;
2.Strong ability to handle pressure and an outgoing personality;
抗壓能力較強(qiáng),性格較為外向;
3.Proficiency in Cantonese and English is preferred, etc
精通粵語、英語者優(yōu)先等
