崗位職責/職位描述

工作職責：
1. Provide advice and support when the sales team manipulates business cases/requirements （price strategy, special requirements）, to transform business inquiries into confirmed events.

2. When receiving business requirements from the sales manager, promptly prepare proposal/contract, etc. for the customer.

3. Discuss the final details with the client and provide professional advice and suggestions on the event planning and setup.
和客戶一起商談最終細節并在活動計劃和布置上給予專業的忠告和建議。

4. Ensure effective communication with customers and all departments of the hotel.
保證與客戶和酒店各部門有效的溝通。

5. Distribute team－related information to various departments in the hotel. For example: send banquet notification, team summary, and prepare for meeting lectures.
將團隊涉及信息分發至酒店各部門。例如：發宴會通知單，團隊摘要和準備會議講座。

6. Communicate and coordinate with various departments in a timely manner when there are demands or urgent needs from the meeting organizers.

7. Ensure that event organizers and clients satisfy their guests during the event/team‘s stay.
讓活動組織者和客戶在活動/團隊停留期間讓其客人滿意。

任職資格：
1. Experience in the same industry and position is preferred, with a long－term intention to develop in the hotel industry;
有同行業同崗位經驗者優先，意向在酒店行業長期發展；

2.Strong ability to handle pressure and an outgoing personality;
抗壓能力較強，性格較為外向；

3.Proficiency in Cantonese and English is preferred, etc
