崗位職責/職位描述
工作職責：1. The dispatch order must be implemented accurately and the completion status must be carefully checked.
對派工單要準確無誤地實施完成，并認真檢查完成情況。
2. Master the various tasks of the team, regularly inspect the various tasks assigned to the team members, identify problems, and handle them in a timely manner.
掌握小組的各項工作，經常對組內負責的各類工作進行巡查，發現問題，及時處理。
3. Arrange preventive maintenance plans and inspection work, and strictly control quality.
安排好預防性維修計劃及巡查工作，嚴把質量關。
4. Master the operation of basic equipment and lighting conditions, and formulate power－saving measures.
掌握基礎設備運行和照明情況，制定節電措施。
5. Proficient in repairing, maintaining, and upkeeping hotel－related equipment.
精通酒店相關設備的維修、維護、保養工作經驗。
6. Hold an electrician certificate, with at least half a year of hotel work experience preferred.
持有電工證，酒店工作經驗半年以上優先。

具有機電、裝修、裝潢等方面知識，具備一專多能的技術技巧，能夠承擔起綜合維修任務。
3. Those with experience in organic maintenance are preferred.
有機修工作者優先。
4. Be physically healthy and energetic.
