崗位職責/職位描述
工作職責：Access all function of computer system according to established procedures and standards.根據(jù)已建立的程序和標準訪問電腦系統(tǒng)的所有功能。
Process all guest check－ins according to established hotel requirements. 根據(jù)酒店的政策和程序為所有客人辦理入住。
Confirm reservation in system and review all noted information.在系統(tǒng)里確認所有預定信息。
Uploading guest information to PSB system appropriately.向公安系統(tǒng)準確上傳住店客人的身份信息。
For guests without a reservation, sell a room type according to guest preference.為沒有預定的客人銷售酒店的房間。
Register guest in PMS and generate a registration card.在系統(tǒng)里為客人做登記并生成入住登記單。
Verify registration card information with guest.跟客人確認入住登記單上的信息。
Obtain back－up information for guest credit/payment method and put into PMS; collect cash when designated.獲取客人信用卡信息并輸入系統(tǒng)；收取足夠的現(xiàn)金押金。
Communicate V.I.P. arrivals to designated personnel for escort and delivery of amenities.協(xié)調重要客人的預抵情況并安排專人指引及禮遇派送。
Process express check－outs throughout the shift.辦理快速退房。
Check out guest in PSB system.將退房的客人及時的在公安系統(tǒng)里面退宿。
Handle requests for late checkouts according to established hotel procedures根據(jù)酒店程序處理客人延遲退房的需求。
Conduct group check－ins/outs according to established hotel procedures.根據(jù)酒店程序辦理團隊入住和退房
任職資格：
Good communication skills良好的溝通能力；
