? Well versed on all Brand Standard requirements for Front Office and related areas
? Responsible and supervise FOM, Chief Concierge, Executive Floor Manager, Guest Relations Manager, Night Manager, Housekeeping Manager, Laundry Manager.
? Assist Managing Director, Hotel Manager and Director of Rooms in all areas to ensure a correct and smoothly operation department.
? Responsible for GSS scores on Check in/out, Executive lounge, room cleanliness, everything in working order and Elite Rewards Member Appreciation.
? Responsible for responding the GSS, C-trip, hotels.com, Expedia, Diangping comments and respond within 24 hours.
? Reply all customer care issue within 24 hours
? In charge of FO, Housekeeping & Laundry related training on MyLearning and liaise with HR and achieve reasonable goals in associates’ participation and passing rate
? Develop Peron-in-the-Pocket, with focus on local talents, and compile TDAPs timely
? High level of visibility and presence in the lobby and other public area’s
? Achieve Marriott Rewards enrolment goals provided by Regional office and maintain activation rate above our target
? Champion implementation and maintaining of all Room related initiatives – Land-it
? Upload all Room related tasks on Stenton website in a timely matter
? Ensures that all procedures and policies are in place and followed. Conducts audit and controls on a regular basis. Communicates with any related department in case of any irregularities; and coaches and counsels associates whenever appropriate.
? Develop and maintain an effective, attractive incentive based Up selling program either through in house resources or outside consultant agency
? Develop and regularly update and revise Repeat Guest Program, VIP program
? Ensure Marriott Rewards Elite members’ benefits are offered timely and members are recognized
? Participate in Group and Convention Precon meetings
? Adhere sales strategy and report any noticeable changes in buying pattern. Ensure Look No Further Best Rate guarantee is not violated at Front Desk
? Monitor and prepare timely monthly reports requested by your senior leaders for various sections in Rooms department.
? Attend Excom meeting if any
? Chair or attend the Rooms Division Management-, Rooms Supervisor-, Executive Lounge-, FO-, Concierge meeting.
? Prepare Room Department Capex, budget and LPP’s
