崗位職責/職位描述
?崗位職責：
1. Familiar with process flow of cold and hot water system and major section control range, drainage systems,water system in hotel, at any time to master the running state of the equipment, discover hidden equipment, timely processing and recording.
熟悉酒店內冷、熱水系統工藝流程和各主要節門點及其控制范圍、排水系統、中水系統，隨時掌握相關設備的運行狀態，及時發現設備隱患，及時處理和記錄。
2. Familiar with the air conditioning system in the hotel, including direct combustion machine principle and characteristics, the process of pumps and valves, keep abreast of air conditioning equipment operation condition, discover hidden equipment, in accordance with relevant regulations.
熟悉酒店內的空調系統，包括直燃機原理、特性、各種管路的走向、各種水泵、閥門的工藝流程，隨時掌握空調設備運行狀況，及時發現設備隱患，按有關規定處理。
3. Familiar with the fresh air room distribution, correlation channel control area, timing designated inspection room, understand the cabinet, water temperature, pressure and the running state of humidification,discover the problem is handled in time and record.
熟悉酒店內各新風機房的分布情況，相關風道控制區域，定時定點巡視機房，了解機柜運行狀態、水溫、壓力及加濕情況，發現問題及時處理和記錄。
崗位要求：
1..Technical secondary school or above, trained by relevant departments and rich practical experience
中專以上文化程度，經過有關部門培訓并具有豐富的實踐經驗.
2.Graduated from refrigeration and air conditioning major of technical school, or received vocational training. Certificate required by law.
技術學校制冷和空調專業畢業，或接受過職業培訓。持有法律要求的證書。
3.Be familiar with the hotel's refrigeration equipment and facilities and maintenance service requirements, and be able to maintain and repair the refrigeration related equipment and facilities skillfully.
熟悉酒店的制冷設備設施和維修服務工作要求，能熟練地對制冷有關設備設施進行維修、保養。
4.Love your job, be diligent and studious, have strong organizational discipline and be polite
