2、做好游泳者的安全管理。
3、密切注意池內情況，對于各種異常情況，果斷迅速的采取有效求助措施。
4、定期進行業務技術學習，相互交流經驗，不斷提高業務水平。
崗位要求
1、熟悉游泳池服務知識，掌握游泳和救生急救技術，懂得游泳衛生消毒知識；
2、有在水中進行急救和在陸地上進行人工救護的能力；3、具備救生員從業資格證書
年齡要求：25-40歲
