【崗位職責】
·??????????In the absence of a Manager, conducts shift briefings to ensure hotelactivities and operational requirements are known.
當經理不在場時,負責人才的監督和管理指導,確保部門的正常運行。
·??????????Endeavour to resolve all complaints during shift and logs all complaintsin log book for further follow up.
全力解決客人的投訴,并負責將所有投訴進行記錄和跟進解決。
·??????????Assist with menu and wine list creation.
協助開發新菜單和酒水單。
·??????????Supervise outlet service.
監督和管理部門服務標準。
·????????Adhere to hotel brand standards.
堅持酒店的品牌標準。
·????????Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge in order toexplain and sell services and facilities to guests.
保持高水平的酒店產品和服務知識,以便向客人解釋和介紹相關的服務設施。
·????????All Talents may be assigned to other duties in the hotel as and whenrequired by business levels.

·??????????Goodoral and written communication skills
良好的口頭及書面溝通能力
·??????????Min 2-year experience in hotel engineering operation insimilar capacity, preferably with international hotel chain
至少2年酒店相關運做經驗,最好具有國際連鎖酒店工作經驗
·??????????HotelRestaurant Management graduate
酒店管理專業畢業
·??????????Associatedegree or above
全日制大專(含)以上學歷
·??????????Experiencedin all aspects of restaurants service
