崗位職責/職位描述
1. Greets all arrival and in-house guests.與所有預到的客人和在店客人打招呼。
2.?Be well versed with the daily arrival and the typeof arrival guests. Eg, Return guest, Shangri-la Circle, VIP etc.通曉日常的預到客戶，例如：回頭客，香格里拉會客戶，貴賓
3.?Registers guests with required details.為客人登記相應信息
4.?Escorts all our guests to their rooms.護送所有客人回房間。
5.Ensures all amenities are in room prior to guestarrival.保證客人到店前所有的禮品都已準備好在房間。
6.?Assists in solving guest problems and concerns.幫助解決客戶需求。
7.??Always takes the opportunity to exceed customerexpectations.制造超出客人期望的服務
8. Updates guest needs and requests into the guestprofiles.將客人需求跟新到客史資料中。
9.?Assists guests with luggage upon check-in andcheckout.辦理退房時幫客人拿或送行李。
10.Ensures guest is properly checked in/ checked outfrom the system.檢查并確保系統中客人正常辦完入住或退房手續。
11.?Ensures that all accounting policies and proceduresare followed at all times.時刻保證依照財務規章制度的操作流程。
12.?Makes customer delight the main objective each day.每天把客戶滿意度作為主要目標。
13.?Always contributes ideas and promotes teamwork.持續貢獻新想法，提升團隊合作能力。
14.Ensures strong follow-up and proper hand over ofinformation at all times.保證有很強的跟進和交接信息的能力
