崗位職責(zé)/職位描述
-?Assists in providing guidance/advice to all
management staff in the application of local policies and procedures in
handling human resources.
幫助管理層提供建議,共同施行人力資源部的政策與程序。
-Ensures all correspondence addressed to Human
Resources are responded to/acted on within established timeframes.
確保所有與人力資源部相關(guān)的事情及時得到回復(fù)
-?Consistently coordinates with the Social (SIB) Insurance
Bureau on staff insurance related policies and procedures and make known to the
Director of Human Resources.
與當(dāng)?shù)厣绫>志o密聯(lián)系,及時向人力資源總監(jiān)匯報最新社保相關(guān)政策。
-?Handle the insurance/benefits matters for all staff
in a timely manner as per the requirement of local government.
根據(jù)當(dāng)?shù)卣囊螅皶r處理員工的保險事宜
-?Provides hotel/ staff with updated information on
government benefits on a need basis.
及時更新最新當(dāng)?shù)卣咝畔⒔o到員工。
-?Responsible for checking in new employees as per established
standards/ procedures.
負(fù)責(zé)新員工的入職事宜
-?Issue
uniform forms, prepare name tags, ID cards.
?分發(fā)制服、準(zhǔn)備名牌以及員工卡
-?Participates in the documentation of staff
movements in the Hotel, ensuring that all status changes have the appropriate
approvals and papers.
準(zhǔn)備員工調(diào)動的相關(guān)材料,確保所有有崗位變動的員工資料得以及時更新。
-?Prepares Clearance Forms for leavers, ensuring that
accurate instructions are attached regarding nature of computations/deductions
involved considering nature of separation and notice given.
為離職員工準(zhǔn)備離職表,確保離職程序的完成。
-?Releases last payment for leavers, ensuring that a leaver’s
claim and waiver is properly signed by the staff, and endorsed by the Division
Head.
給離職員工分發(fā)最后薪資,確保離職者的索賠或者豁免有部門總監(jiān)的簽字。
-?Keeps track of probation evaluation schedules for
new hires; reminds supervisor concerned regarding schedules; follows through on
completion and return to Human Resources office.
及時跟進新入職員工的試用期評估,提醒各部門在規(guī)定時間內(nèi)完成評估并把表格交到人力資源部。??
-??Immediately alerts the Director of Human Resources
on performance ratings which are below standards, for action.
提醒人力資源總監(jiān)對表現(xiàn)評估低于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的員工采取措施。
-?Immediately alerts the Director ?of Human Resources on the evaluation forms
which are not returned to Human Resources office on the scheduled dates.
對于未及時上交表現(xiàn)評估的人員要及時提醒人力資源總監(jiān)。
-??Checks Vacation Leave forms and ensures these are
approved by authorized signatories
核查休假申請表,確保假單都得到授權(quán)人的批準(zhǔn)。
-??Verifies leaves available against staff entitlement
and reports discrepancies and concerns to appropriate staff and department
heads.
發(fā)現(xiàn)員工有本可以休但是未休的假期要及時向各部門報告。
-??Encodes leaves entitlement of staff into the HR
System.
將員工的休假記錄錄入人事系統(tǒng)。
-?Input of employee’s personal data into the HR
System and consistently update it.
將員工信息錄入人事系統(tǒng)并及時更新。
維持并監(jiān)管人事考勤系統(tǒng)。
