●????????Drives Market Share and RevenuePerformance.
●????????Develops overall pricingstrategy to include all market segments and distribution channels.
●????????Effectively manages and is incontrol of all inventory.
●????????Is responsible for effectiveimplementation and compliance with Kempinski Revenue Management Standards andinitiatives.
●????????Ensures all OTA, content,reputation and distribution channels are optimized.
●????????Shares best Revenue Managementpractices and key learnings with peers and management.
●????????Plays a leader role on theproperty’s weekly Revenue Management & Operations meetings.
●????????Produces accurate forecasts onweekly and monthly basis (+/-5%).
●????????Recruits, trains and mentorsthe Reservations Manager (when applicable) and/or a strong second with a viewto contingency.
●????????Assists in developing a careerpath for direct reports.
