崗位職責(zé)：
1、負(fù)責(zé)穆斯林特色菜品的制作與出品，確保菜品口味及品質(zhì)
?Be responsible for the productionof Muslim-themed dishes, ensuring their taste and quality.
2、根據(jù)菜單要求準(zhǔn)備食材，合理控制食品成本?
Preparethe ingredients according to the menu requirements and control food costs reasonably.
3、保持廚房工作區(qū)域的清潔衛(wèi)生，符合香格里拉食品安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)?
Keep thekitchen working area clean and meet the Shangri-La food hygiene standards.
4、了解穆斯林飲食文化及節(jié)日特色，根據(jù)需求制作專屬菜品?
Understandthe Muslim food culture and festival characteristics, and create exclusivedishes according to your needs.
5、維護(hù)廚房設(shè)備，確保正常運(yùn)作?
Maintain facilities and equipment to ensure itsnormal operation.
6、確保所有出品按照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的烹飪方法制作。
Ensure thatproduction is done according to the standard recipes at all times.
