崗位職責:
Responsible for the preparation and cooking ofvarious deserts.
全面負責西餅房各類甜品的準備與烹制。
Make pastry production plan, assist pastry chefto control cost and make budget.
制訂西餅房生產計劃,協助西餅房廚師長進行成本控制及預算
Assist the Pastry Chef with the dessert menusand food promotions.
協助行政總廚制定甜品菜單及食品節。Ensure high quality of deserts and operationsafety.
確保西餅房甜品質量及廚房安全?Chargeof the creation and improvement with different kinds of deserts.
負責各類甜品的創新和改進。Job Qualifications:
Good creativity and coordinate capability.
具有良好的創新和協調能力。
Chef qualification certificates is preferred.
具有廚師職業資格證書。
Above 5 years working experience in 5 starshotel.
需五星級酒店工作經歷5年以上
Hard working and night shift accepted.?
