1、有1年以上高星酒店前廳服務經驗。
2、熟練掌握酒店PMS操作系統。熟練操作word文檔/excal表格。
3、能夠長期穩定在嘉興發展優先考慮。
4、從事前臺工作需要在禮賓崗位熟悉酒店應知應會2個月以上。
5、男，身高170以上，女身高160以上。形象好，氣質佳。
6、性格開朗，善于溝通，主動性較強，有一定的服務意識。無不良嗜好。
7、有較強的團隊協作能力。
8、有駕駛證（C）優先考慮。
9、專業不限，從業經驗不限。
崗位內容：
·?執行前臺操作流程和制度；
·?知曉財務知識；
·?知曉酒店產品知識；
·?負責賓客的入住和退房服務；
·?負責酒店房間和餐飲的售賣；
·?負責賬務的審核，確保賬務正確；
·?負責收集賓客意見并及時上報管理人員，每日夜班進行賓客意見匯總，以報表形式發送賓客意見；
·?執行當地登記安全操作標準；
·?知曉消防器材使用；
·?知曉安全問題操作標準和流程；
·?負責本崗位區域衛生清潔工作、確保設施設備的安全；
