崗位職責
1、根據部門總體市場策略編制自己分管的市場的銷售計劃。
2、對本市場中的客源大戶要熟悉他們的基本情況，隨時關注其變化并適時做出應對。
3、管理開發好自己的客戶。
4、協助部門經理做好本市場客戶的建立及升級管理工作，保持客戶檔案的完整。
崗位要求
1、大專及以上學歷。有從事酒店前臺、銷售、公關等部門的工作經歷。
2、具有市場調查和預測能力，能及是掌握市場動態，并能綜合分析，及時地提出相應的措施和合理的建議。
3、有較強的語言表達能力，能撰寫市場調研報告，具有起草工作計劃、總結及業務匯報的能力。
