【崗位職責】
1、負責與其它部門的信息收發傳遞。
2、對客服務跟進。
3、妥善保管客房中心的客用品，協助賓客借還客用品。
4、按程序登記賓客的遺留物品。
5、向工程部提出維修的請求，及時維修客房故障。
6、做好各項工作交接及明確記錄。
【崗位要求】
1、有1年以上客房工作經驗。
2、熟悉酒店客房專業知識，可合理的為賓客解決問題。
3、女性為宜，身體健康，吃苦耐勞 。
4、客房中班服務員。
年齡要求：40-55歲
