職責和責任：
完成并超越每月和每年制定的銷售目標，竭盡所能使各部門盡可能增加酒店的利潤。
1.保證有效地管理好工作范圍內與銷售有關的工作。
2.會見客戶并報告給市場銷售總監。
3.必要時經銷售總監同意后招待主要客戶。
4.出席每周的銷售會議和每日例會。
5.完成客戶、住房間夜數和收入的預訂指標以達到酒店和銷售部的目標和政策。
6.了解并熟悉競爭酒店的信息。
7.根據銷售總監的要求制定并撰寫有效的活動計劃，包括銷售活動和促銷活動。
8.提供市場的反饋，改進酒店的產品和服務。
