4.?確保所有空調(diào)方面的維修與保養(yǎng)以及投訴都得到及時(shí)的處理。
5.?確保所有供水、排水及消防泵房的維修與保養(yǎng)以及投訴都得到及時(shí)的處理。
6.?對(duì)耗能大的設(shè)備要重點(diǎn)巡查、及時(shí)維修，避免“跑、冒、滴、漏”的現(xiàn)象發(fā)生，巡查結(jié)果要記錄在冊(cè)。
7.?根據(jù)氣候?qū)嵭锌照{(diào)具體方案，在不影響客人舒適度的情況下，夏天抬高溫度，冬天調(diào)低溫度。
8.?定期清潔空調(diào)濾網(wǎng)，保證公共區(qū)域和客房新風(fēng)的正常供給。
9.?定期清潔中央空調(diào)送風(fēng)系統(tǒng)。
