5.?確保所有供水、排水及消防泵房的維修與保養以及投訴都得到及時的處理。
6.?對耗能大的設備要重點巡查、及時維修，避免“跑、冒、滴、漏”的現象發生，巡查結果要記錄在冊。
7.?根據氣候實行空調具體方案，在不影響客人舒適度的情況下，夏天抬高溫度，冬天調低溫度。
8.?定期清潔空調濾網，保證公共區域和客房新風的正常供給。
9.?定期清潔中央空調送風系統。
