崗位職責
1.熟悉大堂吧日常工作內容，做好衛生打掃及備品的準備工作。
2.掌握酒單知識能夠為賓客提供規范化，標準化的服務。
3.愛護大堂吧的設施設備，出現隱患及時上報。
4.檢查交接大堂吧服務用品，做好每月盤點工作。
5.參加培訓并盡快提高自身的業務水平。
6.認真完成上級交辦的工作任務。
7.做好賓客檔案，積極與賓客溝通。

1.具有強烈的事業心和責任感,高尚的職業道德,良好的紀律修養。
2.能夠按服務標準進行工作,反應靈敏,機智靈活。3.五官端正，無紋身。
