崗位職責(zé)
1、處理來(lái)函文件、登記、歸檔、統(tǒng)計(jì)資料、打印、復(fù)印函件資料。
2、編制每月辦公用品，做好領(lǐng)用發(fā)放工作。
3、協(xié)助做好工程部月材料、資金消耗表，水電、油、氣月度能耗表。
4、負(fù)責(zé)部門員工考勤表。
5、協(xié)助工程部對(duì)所有圖紙、技術(shù)資料、圖書進(jìn)行分類、編號(hào)、建卡、存檔、建帳和保持資料的完整性。6、對(duì)工程部倉(cāng)庫(kù)進(jìn)行盤點(diǎn)。

2、責(zé)任心強(qiáng)，工作細(xì)致、穩(wěn)重、踏實(shí)、耐心、嚴(yán)守機(jī)密。
3、身體健康、精力充沛。
