崗位職責(zé)
1、為清掃員分配任務(wù)。
2、按順序巡視整個(gè)公共區(qū)域
3、按工作需求安排員工上班
4、確保在餐廳出口、多功能廳、大堂和洗手間進(jìn)行合適的清理，如清洗、用吸塵器
5、要及時(shí)匯報(bào)地毯和家具的損壞，以便急修及降低損失
6、處理所有清潔方面緊急事件
8、跟蹤急修事宜，確保維修已經(jīng)完成
9、檢查確保機(jī)器的被清潔、正常工作及妥善存放
10、檢查所有洗手間，始終處于高衛(wèi)生標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
11、與客房部、工程部、和其它部門合作以確保所有問題都得到溝通和處理
12、與公關(guān)經(jīng)理協(xié)調(diào)溝通在一些特殊時(shí)間段安排足夠的衣帽間、休息室服務(wù)
13、在有VIP客人時(shí)安排充分的洗手間服務(wù)員
14、檢查樓梯確保衛(wèi)生及清潔
15、每日與客房部經(jīng)理會(huì)面交流
16、及時(shí)向保衛(wèi)部報(bào)告可疑人物
17、確保個(gè)人儀表、儀容符合酒店酒店要求
18、完成主管分配的其它工作
崗位要求
1、高中學(xué)歷
2、至少2年的公共區(qū)域經(jīng)驗(yàn)
3、具備一定的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力
4、視力良好
5、溝通能力好
6、身體健康，能夠適應(yīng)長時(shí)間工作
