工作范圍
人力資源總監將負責監督人力資源實踐和流程的各個方面。該職位將確保所有人力資源運營與酒店在中國的戰略目標和法律要求保持一致。人力資源總監將按照九龍倉酒店管理有限公司的標準,在塑造同事體驗、營造積極的工作環境和學習文化方面發揮關鍵作用。
主要職責
? 戰略規劃:制定和實施與整體業務戰略相一致的人力資源戰略和舉措。
? 人才招聘:監督招聘流程,以吸引、雇用和留住人才。
? 同事關系:管理和解決復雜的同事關系問題;進行有效、徹底和客觀的調查。
? 績效管理:實施推動高績效的績效管理流程。
? 培訓和發展:確定培訓需求并制定計劃,以確保同事的技能提升和職業發展。
? 薪酬和福利:設計和監督具有競爭力且具有成本效益的薪酬和福利計劃。
? 合規性:確保整個人力資源管理的法律合規性。
? HR 指標:使用 HR 指標提供見解并支持決策流程。

資格
教育:
需要人力資源、工商管理或相關領域的學士學位。碩士學位將是一個優勢。經驗: 至少 10 年逐步負責的人力資源經驗,其中至少 5 年在酒店行業擔任領導職務。有在中國或國際酒店環境中工作的經驗是非常可取的。

AboutThe Role
The HumanResources Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of humanresources practices and processes. This position will ensure that all HRoperations are in alignment with the hotel's strategic goals and legalrequirements in China. The Human Resources Director will play a key role inshaping the colleagues experience, fostering a positive work environment andlearning culture by following the standard under Wharf Hotels ManagementLimited.
KeyResponsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Talent Acquisition: Oversee recruitment processes to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
- Colleague Relations: Manage and resolve complex colleague relations issues; conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
- Performance Management: Implement performance management processes that drive high performance.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and develop programs to ensure colleagues skill enhancement and career development.
- Compensation and Benefits: Design and oversee compensation and benefits plans that are competitive and cost-effective.
- Compliance: Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- HR Metrics: Use HR metrics to provide insights and support decision-making processes.
- Cultural Development: Develop and nurture a positive working environment that aligns with the hotel's values and culture.

Qualifications
Education:
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A master’s degree would be an advantage.
Experience:
A minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in human resources, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the hospitality industry. Experience working in China or in an international hotel environment is highly desirable.
