崗位職責/職位描述
1. Performs duties common to all captains or waitress and other duties as may be assigned
完成本職工作及上級布置的其他任務
2. Ensure adequate supplies of materials and requisitions for general supplies.
確保有足夠的用品，并申請所需采購的物品
3. Possesses working knowledge of beverages and cocktails.
熟悉掌握酒水知識
4. Completes weekly inspection, checks overall the Lobby Lounge appearance, the repair of its fixtures, fittings and operating equipment, initiates maintenance requests as necessary. ?
每周要全面檢查一次大堂雅座，從外觀到燈飾、家具及其它設備情況，如果需要則填寫維修申請單
5. Ensure grooming and general appearance of bartenders and cocktail waitresses conforms to Hotel standards.
確保員工保持良好的儀容儀表
6. Arrange the duty roaster, supervise captain’s daily job and train the staff.
安排各班班次，督導領班日常工作，并實施必要的培訓。
7. Able to built good relationship with any customer
能夠有與客人建立良好客戶關系的能力
8. Check guest satisfaction and handle the guest complain promptly and efficiently
關注賓客的滿意程度,及時處理客人投訴，并加以妥善地解決
9. Report the daily business summary to the restaurants manager
將餐廳經營情況及一切特殊情況匯報給餐廳經理
10. Assist manager to do the evaluation to the staff and organize the training plain.
協助經理對屬下進行評估，并有計劃地組織培訓工作
