1. Master of hotel basic operation knowledge.
熟悉酒店的營運基本知識?
2. Well understood hotel and group rule and regulation.

6.?Responsible to conduct pre-meal briefing and check every staff’s grooming and table assignment when manager not around.
????負責每日召開餐前會，檢查每位員工和儀容儀表，布置任務
7. Arrange the duty roaster, supervise captain’s daily job and train the staff
????安排各班班次，督導領班日常工作，并實施必要的培訓
8.?Responsible to keep good relationship with chefs.
????與廚師長保持良好的合作關系
9. Enhance to manage the room service’ property, properly handle all the equipment.
加強對餐廳財產管理，掌握和控制好物品的使用情況?
10.Check the restaurant table set up, cleanness, maintaining the restaurant’s supply and equipment in good condition.
開餐前檢查餐廳擺臺，清潔衛生，餐廳用具供應及設備設施的完好情況
11. Check guest satisfaction and handle the guest complain promptly and efficiently.
??????關注賓客的滿意程度,及時處理客人投訴，并加以妥善地解決
12. Report the daily business summary to the restaurants manager.
??????將餐廳經營情況及一切特殊情況匯報給餐廳經理
13. Assist manager to do the evaluation to the staff and organize the training plain.
??????協助經理對屬下進行評估，并有計劃地組織培訓工作
