職責義務：
Duties & Responsibilities:
1.負責酒店品牌在抖音及其他社交媒體的內容策劃、制作與推廣。
Be responsible for the content planning, production and promotion of the hotel brand on Douyin and other social media platforms.
2.根據新媒體平臺（如抖音、視頻號、小紅書等）內容規劃，完成產品、場景、人物等主題的拍攝，確保畫面清晰、構圖合理、光線適宜，符合平臺風格與內容調性。
Based on the content planning of new media platforms (such as Douyin, Video Account, Xiaohongshu, etc.), complete the shooting of themes such as products, scenes, and characters, ensuring that the pictures are clear, the composition is reasonable, and the lighting is appropriate, in line with the style and content tone of the platform.
3.?視頻剪輯：使用剪映、Pr、AE等工具，對拍攝素材進行剪輯、調色、配樂、加字幕、特效制作等，保證視頻節奏流暢、邏輯清晰，符合發布標準（如時長、分辨率、格式）。
Video editing: Use tools such as Kinemaster, Pr, and AE to edit, color adjust, add background music, add subtitles, and create special effects for the shooting materials, ensuring a smooth video rhythm, clear logic, and compliance with release standards (such as duration, resolution, and format).
4.素材管理：建立并維護素材庫，對拍攝的原始素材、剪輯后的成品及相關輔助文件（如配樂、字幕文件）進行分類存儲、備份，確保素材可快速檢索與復用。
Material management: Establish and maintain a material library, categorize and store the original shooting materials, the finished products after editing, and related auxiliary files (such as background music and subtitle files), and back them up to ensure that the materials can be quickly retrieved and reused.
專業知識技能：

1.對新媒體感興趣，愿意實踐并深度學習。
