按照市場傳訊經理的指示，負責設計、美工制作、酒店宣傳用品、市場推廣以及與酒店服務有關的宣傳品設計。負責供應商與酒店之間的溝通，確保所有出品準時完成，并符合酒店集團標準。協助市場傳訊經理日常工作和分配下的特別任務。
Responsible for design, art production, hotel promotional materials, marketing and design of promotional materials related to hotel services as directed by the Marketing Manager. Responsible for the communication between suppliers and the hotel to ensure that all products are completed on time and in accordance with the hotel group standards. Assist the Marketing Communications Manager in daily work and assign special tasks.
職責義務：
Duties & Responsibilities:
1.按照酒店宣傳品和廣告的標準制作美工設計。
Produce art design according to the hotel's promotional materials and advertising standards.
2.為市場傳訊總經理提供所有宣傳品和廣告的設計方面的技術支持。
Provide technical support to the general manager of marketing communications on the design of all promotional materials and advertisements.
3.準備每周工作報告至市場傳媒部門。
Prepare weekly work report to marketing media department.
4.維護酒店形象。
Maintain hotel image.
5.負責公關活動的攝影及照片的剪輯。
Responsible for photography and photo editing of public relations activities.
6.更新和維護酒店圖片庫，聽從直接匯報人指揮進行必要工作。
Update and maintain the photo library of the hotel, and follow the direct reporting person's command to carry out necessary work.
7.負責所有的設計工作包括設計、排版、影印和印刷。
Responsible for all design work including design, typesetting, photocopying and printing.
8.監督酒店所有宣傳品的質量。
Supervise the quality of all promotional materials.
9.參加酒店促銷活動。
Participate in hotel promotions.
10.與市場傳訊經理工作，確保在所有酒店宣傳品、廣告及媒體報道都給酒店帶來最優良的形象宣傳。
Work with the Marketing and Communications Manager to ensure that the hotel is presented with the best possible image in all hotel literature, advertising and media coverage.
專業知識技能：
Job Knowledge / Skill:
1.大專以上文化程度；1年以上同崗位工作經驗，美術/廣告設計專業。
College degree or above; At least 1 year working experience in the same position, major in art/advertising design.
2.具有高品質的設計并創作酒店所有宣傳品。
Have high quality design and create all promotional materials of the hotel.
3.網頁制作能力。

4.具有一定的繪畫及美術制作能力。
Have certain painting and art production ability.
