按照市場傳訊經(jīng)理的指示，負(fù)責(zé)設(shè)計、美工制作、酒店宣傳用品、市場推廣以及與酒店服務(wù)有關(guān)的宣傳品設(shè)計。負(fù)責(zé)供應(yīng)商與酒店之間的溝通，確保所有出品準(zhǔn)時完成，并符合酒店集團(tuán)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。協(xié)助市場傳訊經(jīng)理日常工作和分配下的特別任務(wù)。
Responsible for design, art production, hotel promotional materials, marketing and design of promotional materials related to hotel services as directed by the Marketing Manager. Responsible for the communication between suppliers and the hotel to ensure that all products are completed on time and in accordance with the hotel group standards. Assist the Marketing Communications Manager in daily work and assign special tasks.
職責(zé)義務(wù)：
Duties & Responsibilities:
1.按照酒店宣傳品和廣告的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制作美工設(shè)計。
Produce art design according to the hotel's promotional materials and advertising standards.
2.為市場傳訊總經(jīng)理提供所有宣傳品和廣告的設(shè)計方面的技術(shù)支持。
Provide technical support to the general manager of marketing communications on the design of all promotional materials and advertisements.
3.準(zhǔn)備每周工作報告至市場傳媒部門。
Prepare weekly work report to marketing media department.
4.維護(hù)酒店形象。
Maintain hotel image.
5.負(fù)責(zé)公關(guān)活動的攝影及照片的剪輯。
Responsible for photography and photo editing of public relations activities.
6.更新和維護(hù)酒店圖片庫，聽從直接匯報人指揮進(jìn)行必要工作。
Update and maintain the photo library of the hotel, and follow the direct reporting person's command to carry out necessary work.
7.負(fù)責(zé)所有的設(shè)計工作包括設(shè)計、排版、影印和印刷。
Responsible for all design work including design, typesetting, photocopying and printing.
8.監(jiān)督酒店所有宣傳品的質(zhì)量。
Supervise the quality of all promotional materials.
9.參加酒店促銷活動。
Participate in hotel promotions.
10.與市場傳訊經(jīng)理工作，確保在所有酒店宣傳品、廣告及媒體報道都給酒店帶來最優(yōu)良的形象宣傳。
Work with the Marketing and Communications Manager to ensure that the hotel is presented with the best possible image in all hotel literature, advertising and media coverage.
專業(yè)知識技能：
Job Knowledge / Skill:
1.大專以上文化程度；1年以上同崗位工作經(jīng)驗，美術(shù)/廣告設(shè)計專業(yè)。
College degree or above; At least 1 year working experience in the same position, major in art/advertising design.
2.具有高品質(zhì)的設(shè)計并創(chuàng)作酒店所有宣傳品。
Have high quality design and create all promotional materials of the hotel.
3.網(wǎng)頁制作能力。
?Web production ability.
4.具有一定的繪畫及美術(shù)制作能力。
Have certain painting and art production ability.
