職責義務:
Duties & Responsibilities:
1.協(xié)助上級領導進行本地渠道銷售部管理制度建設,促進本地渠道銷售部業(yè)務推進。
Assisted superior leaders to build the management system of the local channel sales department and promoted the business advancement of the local channel sales department.
2.組織做好年度指標計劃,根據酒店下達的任務指標,完成銷售任務。
Organize the annual target plan and complete the sales task according to the task target issued by the hotel.
3.根據部門工作安排,做好銷售人員的市場拓展計劃,并及時根據市場情況,做好應對措施。
According to the work arrangement of the department, make market expansion plans for the sales staff, and take countermeasures according to the market situation in time.
4.開拓新市場,發(fā)展新客戶。
Open up new markets and develop new customers.
5.負責轄區(qū)市場信息的收集及競爭對手的分析。
Responsible for the collection of market information in the jurisdiction and the analysis of competitors.
6.管理維護客戶關系以及客戶間的.長期戰(zhàn)略合作計劃。
Manage and maintain customer relationship and inter-customer relationship. Long-term strategic cooperation plan.
7.負責政府/本地市場銷售工作。
Responsible for government/local market sales.
專業(yè)知識技能:
Job Knowledge / Skill:
1.大專及以上學歷,旅游管理等相關專業(yè)。
College degree or above, major in tourism management or related.
2.具有3年以上銷售經理或同等職位工作經驗。
More than 3 years working experience in sales manager or equivalent position.
3.具備良好的溝通能力和組織能力,較好的寫作能力,熟練使用計算機。
Have good communication skills and organizational skills, good writing skills, and skilled use of computers.
4.具備良好的組織協(xié)調能力,結果導向,能夠帶領團隊完成銷售任務目標。
With good organization and coordination ability, result-oriented, able to lead the team to complete the sales target.
5.較強的抗壓力、自信、責任心強、誠實守信。
