職責(zé)義務(wù):
Duties & Responsibilities:
1.負(fù)責(zé)制作各種菜肴。
Be responsible for making various dishes.
2.按要求、比例配制食品,控制食品成本。
Prepare food in accordance with requirements and proportions to control food costs.
3.及時向上級匯報(bào)本部的食品儲存量,協(xié)助制訂食品采購計(jì)劃。
Report the food storage volume of this department to the superior in a timely manner and assist in formulating the food procurement plan.
4.嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行食品衛(wèi)生法規(guī),把好食品衛(wèi)生質(zhì)量關(guān),搞好本區(qū)域的衛(wèi)生,要求工具清潔,擺放整齊。
Strictly enforce food hygiene regulations, ensure the quality of food hygiene, maintain the hygiene of the area, and require tools to be clean and neatly arranged.
