職責義務：
Duties & Responsibilities:
1.與既有的客戶和潛在的客戶及合作伙伴保持密切的聯系。
Maintain close contact with existing customers and potential customers and partners.
2.高效認知和掌握銷售線索。
Recognize and master sales leads efficiently.
3.代表酒店參加國際及國內的銷售活動。
Participate in international and domestic sales activities on behalf of the hotel.
4.發揮創造力，為酒店的產品及部門做出應有的貢獻。
Give full play to creativity and make due contributions to the hotel's products and departments.
5.仔細計劃與客戶的會面，對預定的客戶實施客戶關系管理，完成銷售目標。
Carefully plan meetings with customers, implement customer relationship management for scheduled customers, and achieve sales targets.
6.在所負責的市場區域內，監視和報告市場及競爭者的情況。
Monitor and report on the market and competitors in the responsible market area.
7.準備銷售報告，確保市場及客戶信息的準確性，以便于工作的跟進。
Prepared sales reports to ensure the accuracy of market and customer information, so as to facilitate work follow-up.
8.積極地傳播產品信息，在負責的市場內營造酒店的知名度。
?Actively disseminate product information and create awareness of the hotel in the responsible market.
9.在所負責的區域內，與市場銷售總監一起計劃銷售攻勢，并確保其實現。
Plan sales campaigns with the Director of Marketing and Sales in the responsible territory and ensure their realization.
10.主動參與，完成各種銷售報告。
Actively participate and complete various sales reports.
11.協助計劃和配合銷售活動。
Assist in planning and coordinating sales activities.
12.協助配合開發制作所有酒店促銷材料。
Assist in the development and production of all hotel promotional materials.
13.管理客戶檔案數據庫，手工或以電腦更新客戶檔案。
Manage customer file database and update customer file manually or by computer.
14.不斷地對下屬員工給予持續建議及支持。
Provide continuous advice and support to subordinates.
15.執行上級要求的任務，完成市場銷售目標。
?Perform the tasks required by superiors and achieve the sales target.
16.遵守酒店酒店的員工守則。
Comply with the hotel's employee rules.
17.遵守酒店酒店的政策及程序。
Comply with the hotel's policies and procedures.
18.堅持不斷的對自己的表現進行分析評估。

專業知識技能：
Job Knowledge / Skill:
1.學歷要求：大專以上學歷，五年以上酒店管理工作經驗。
Education requirements: College degree or above, more than five years of hotel management experience.
2.熟悉華東市場行情（上海，杭州）或有度假酒店背景優先考慮。
Familiar with East China market (Shanghai, Hangzhou) or resort hotel background is preferred.
3. 善于管理和經營團隊，事業心強，能快速組建自己的管理團隊。
Good at management and operation of the team, career-minded, able to quickly build their own management team.
4. 有較強的溝通、計劃、決策和綜合判斷能力。
Strong communication, planning, decision-making and comprehensive judgment skills.
5.較強的適應能力及抗壓能力。
Strong adaptability and ability to withstand pressure.
