職位描述

職責義務:

Duties & Responsibilities:

1.與既有的客戶和潛在的客戶及合作伙伴保持密切的聯系。

6.在所負責的市場區域內,監視和報告市場及競爭者的情況。

Monitor and report on the market and competitors in the responsible market area.

7.準備銷售報告,確保市場及客戶信息的準確性,以便于工作的跟進。

Prepared sales reports to ensure the accuracy of market and customer information, so as to facilitate work follow-up.

8.積極地傳播產品信息,在負責的市場內營造酒店的知名度。

13.管理客戶檔案數據庫,手工或以電腦更新客戶檔案。

Manage customer file database and update customer file manually or by computer.

14.不斷地對下屬員工給予持續建議及支持。

Provide continuous advice and support to subordinates.

15.執行上級要求的任務,完成市場銷售目標。

16.遵守酒店酒店的員工守則。

Comply with the hotel's employee rules.

專業知識技能:

Job Knowledge / Skill:

1.學歷要求:大專以上學歷,五年以上酒店管理工作經驗。

Education requirements: College degree or above, more than five years of hotel management experience.

2.熟悉華東市場行情(上海,杭州)或有度假酒店背景優先考慮。

Familiar with East China market (Shanghai, Hangzhou) or resort hotel background is preferred.

3. 善于管理和經營團隊,事業心強,能快速組建自己的管理團隊。

Good at management and operation of the team, career-minded, able to quickly build their own management team.

4. 有較強的溝通、計劃、決策和綜合判斷能力。

Strong communication, planning, decision-making and comprehensive judgment skills.

5.較強的適應能力及抗壓能力。

Strong adaptability and ability to withstand pressure.
