職位描述

職責(zé)義務(wù):

Duties & Responsibilities:

1.與既有的客戶和潛在的客戶及合作伙伴保持密切的聯(lián)系。

Maintain close contact with existing customers and potential customers and partners.

2.高效認(rèn)知和掌握銷售線索。

Recognize and master sales leads efficiently.

3.代表酒店參加國際及國內(nèi)的銷售活動(dòng)。

5.仔細(xì)計(jì)劃與客戶的會(huì)面,對預(yù)定的客戶實(shí)施客戶關(guān)系管理,完成銷售目標(biāo)。

Carefully plan meetings with customers, implement customer relationship management for scheduled customers, and achieve sales targets.

6.在所負(fù)責(zé)的市場區(qū)域內(nèi),監(jiān)視和報(bào)告市場及競爭者的情況。

Manage customer file database and update customer file manually or by computer.

14.不斷地對下屬員工給予持續(xù)建議及支持。

Provide continuous advice and support to subordinates.

15.執(zhí)行上級要求的任務(wù),完成市場銷售目標(biāo)。

專業(yè)知識(shí)技能:

Job Knowledge / Skill:

1.學(xué)歷要求:大專以上學(xué)歷,五年以上酒店管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

Education requirements: College degree or above, more than five years of hotel management experience.

2.熟悉華東市場行情(上海,杭州)或有度假酒店背景優(yōu)先考慮。

Familiar with East China market (Shanghai, Hangzhou) or resort hotel background is preferred.

3. 善于管理和經(jīng)營團(tuán)隊(duì),事業(yè)心強(qiáng),能快速組建自己的管理團(tuán)隊(duì)。

Good at management and operation of the team, career-minded, able to quickly build their own management team.

4. 有較強(qiáng)的溝通、計(jì)劃、決策和綜合判斷能力。

Strong communication, planning, decision-making and comprehensive judgment skills.
