職位描述

職責(zé)義務(wù):

Duties & Responsibilities:

1.負(fù)責(zé)制訂每日所需主副食品,原料,輔料進(jìn)購計(jì)劃并監(jiān)督到貨,驗(yàn)貨。

3.負(fù)責(zé)員工餐廳設(shè)備.用具的補(bǔ)充.維修及更新改造計(jì)劃的制定及申請(qǐng)工作。

4.負(fù)責(zé)員工餐廳班組的班次安排,并檢查考勤和紀(jì)律執(zhí)行情況。

Be responsible for the shift arrangement of the staff canteen team and check the attendance and discipline implementation.

5.始終保持員工餐廳的清潔衛(wèi)生。

Always keep the staff canteen clean and hygienic.

6.檢查下屬的出勤,儀容儀表及遵守店規(guī)的情況。

Check the attendance of subordinates. The situation of appearance and grooming as well as compliance with store regulations;

7.根據(jù)營業(yè)及季節(jié)的變化,制定出下周食譜負(fù)責(zé)員工餐廳新菜品的研發(fā)組織工作。

Based on the changes in business and seasons, formulate the menu for next week and be responsible for the research and development and organization of new dishes in the staff canteen.

8.負(fù)責(zé)員工餐廳每月成本和費(fèi)用的控制。

Be responsible for the monthly cost and expense control of the staff canteen.

9.負(fù)責(zé)廚房?jī)?nèi)部的各種事務(wù)處理,定期對(duì)員工餐廳廚工和廚師進(jìn)行相關(guān)培訓(xùn)。

Be responsible for handling various affairs within the kitchen and regularly provide relevant training to the kitchen workers and chefs in the staff canteen.

10.完成上級(jí)指派的各項(xiàng)任務(wù)或工作。

專業(yè)知識(shí)技能:

Job Knowledge / Skill:

1.有同崗位工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)5年以上。

More than 5 year working experience in the same position.
