管理所有酒店的網絡分銷計劃。計劃并執行酒店層面的網絡分銷活動,根據酒店具體情況來定制,并以酒店的行銷計劃為基礎。中心任務是將網絡分銷管理最優化,將酒店的促銷信息發布到各個網絡渠道,執行萬豪國際品牌網站和活動的網絡內容管理,管理并執行網絡廣告計劃,是所有相關網絡分銷報告的主要負責人。
Manage network distribution programs for all hotels. Plan and execute online distribution activities at the hotel level, tailored to the specific circumstances of the hotel and based on the hotel's marketing plan. The central task is to optimize the network distribution management, distribute the hotel's promotional information to the various network channels, perform the network content management of Marriott International brand websites and events, manage and execute the network advertising program, and be the main person in charge of all related network distribution reports.
職責義務:
Duties & Responsibilities:
1.升級網絡渠道的市場推廣方案,改善網絡推廣,提升網絡上的酒店形象和品牌形象。
Upgrade the marketing plan of the network channel, improve the network promotion, and enhance the hotel image and brand image on the network.
2.實施并監控策略第三方渠道為酒店帶來流量。與攜程,飛豬,美團,抖音,小紅書等等線上渠道緊密合作。
Implement and monitor policies third-party channels bring traffic to the hotel. Close cooperation with Ctrip, Feizhu, Meituan, Douyin, Little Red book and other online channels.
3.與市場銷售總監進行定期的市場回顧,特別關注酒店不同渠道的質量評分,并通過對應行動提高分值。

4.每月每季度提供渠道的線上的數據進行回顧及分析。

6.設計市場推廣戰略以增加入住的收益,并為參加該活動的酒店產生持續的收益。

7. 自行開發和運用促銷計劃以確保市場推廣中的時效性。

? 通過特別促銷網頁及目的地網站分析用戶行為,并協助使其優化效應最大化。
Analyse user behaviour through special promotion pages and destination websites and help maximise their optimisation.
