管理所有酒店的網(wǎng)絡(luò)分銷計(jì)劃。計(jì)劃并執(zhí)行酒店層面的網(wǎng)絡(luò)分銷活動(dòng),根據(jù)酒店具體情況來定制,并以酒店的行銷計(jì)劃為基礎(chǔ)。中心任務(wù)是將網(wǎng)絡(luò)分銷管理最優(yōu)化,將酒店的促銷信息發(fā)布到各個(gè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)渠道,執(zhí)行萬豪國(guó)際品牌網(wǎng)站和活動(dòng)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)內(nèi)容管理,管理并執(zhí)行網(wǎng)絡(luò)廣告計(jì)劃,是所有相關(guān)網(wǎng)絡(luò)分銷報(bào)告的主要負(fù)責(zé)人。
Manage network distribution programs for all hotels. Plan and execute online distribution activities at the hotel level, tailored to the specific circumstances of the hotel and based on the hotel's marketing plan. The central task is to optimize the network distribution management, distribute the hotel's promotional information to the various network channels, perform the network content management of Marriott International brand websites and events, manage and execute the network advertising program, and be the main person in charge of all related network distribution reports.
職責(zé)義務(wù):
Duties & Responsibilities:
1.升級(jí)網(wǎng)絡(luò)渠道的市場(chǎng)推廣方案,改善網(wǎng)絡(luò)推廣,提升網(wǎng)絡(luò)上的酒店形象和品牌形象。
Upgrade the marketing plan of the network channel, improve the network promotion, and enhance the hotel image and brand image on the network.
2.實(shí)施并監(jiān)控策略第三方渠道為酒店帶來流量。與攜程,飛豬,美團(tuán),抖音,小紅書等等線上渠道緊密合作。
Implement and monitor policies third-party channels bring traffic to the hotel. Close cooperation with Ctrip, Feizhu, Meituan, Douyin, Little Red book and other online channels.
3.與市場(chǎng)銷售總監(jiān)進(jìn)行定期的市場(chǎng)回顧,特別關(guān)注酒店不同渠道的質(zhì)量評(píng)分,并通過對(duì)應(yīng)行動(dòng)提高分值。

4.每月每季度提供渠道的線上的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行回顧及分析。

6.設(shè)計(jì)市場(chǎng)推廣戰(zhàn)略以增加入住的收益,并為參加該活動(dòng)的酒店產(chǎn)生持續(xù)的收益。

7. 自行開發(fā)和運(yùn)用促銷計(jì)劃以確保市場(chǎng)推廣中的時(shí)效性。

8.媒體計(jì)劃及分析:

Support and manage regional marketing planning and performance tools by submitting and uploading marketing quotes and ensuring appropriate record Settings to ensure the accuracy of each indicator.
? 通過特別促銷網(wǎng)頁及目的地網(wǎng)站分析用戶行為,并協(xié)助使其優(yōu)化效應(yīng)最大化。
Analyse user behaviour through special promotion pages and destination websites and help maximise their optimisation.

At least 5 years of experience in business marketing and related work experience in booking, digital marketing or marketing media.
