根據酒店的商業發展計劃和集團的市場傳訊計劃制定出具體目標和預定的年度市場及公關計劃。準備完全目標的路線圖,同時根據市場情況作出更新和調整計劃以確保傳訊團隊都知曉全面的目標和進程。

Develop specific targets and predetermined annual marketing and public relations plans based on the hotel's business development plan and the Group's marketing and communications plan. Prepare a roadmap for full goals, and update and adjust plans based on market conditions to ensure that the communications team is aware of the overall goals and progress.

職責義務:

Duties & Responsibilities:

1.制定和組織公司的公關計劃,實施公關活動。

Formulated and organized the company's public relations plan and implemented public relations activities.

2.策劃與組織實施產品訂貨會、新產品發布會以及行業展會的市場宣傳等公關活動。

Planned and organized public relations activities such as product ordering meetings, new product launches and market promotion of industry exhibitions.

3.協調公司各部門資源,樹立和提升公司行業知名度。

Coordinated the resources of various departments of the company to establish and enhance the industry visibility of the company.

4.適當時作為酒店的新聞發言人。

Act as the official spokesperson for the hotel when appropriate.

5.制作公關計劃,促進和保持良好的對外關系,以保持酒店的聲望。具體任務包括計劃、指導、管理、協調和參與所有公關活動。

Produces Public Relations Plan which promotes and maintains good public relations in order to maintain the prestigious image of the hotel. Duties involve planning, directing, controlling, coordinating and participating in all Public Relations activities.

6.與媒體人士聯系,策劃新聞發布會以及其它新聞活動。代表酒店與媒體聯系,以促進良好的公關形象,抵銷一切不良影響。

Develops media contacts, plans press conferences and other press activities. Acts as hotel’s liaison with media to promote good publicity and counteract bad publicity.

7.及時了解與媒體/合作方合作中遇到的各種問題并妥善解決。

Timely understanding of various problems encountered in cooperation with media/partners and properly solving them.


專業知識技能:

Job Knowledge / Skill:

1.需有同等崗位工作經驗。

Work experience in equivalent position is required.

2.優秀的語言表達能力,能夠在公關活動中進行富于感染力的演講。

Excellent language skills, able to make appealing speeches in public relations activities.

3.較強的觀察和應變能力,優秀的人際交往和協調能力,較強的社會活動能力。

Strong observation and response skills, excellent interpersonal communication and coordination skills, and strong social activity ability.

4.了解電子商務,大眾傳播,平面創意和具有創新性的寫作與編輯能力。

Knowledge of e-commerce, mass communication, graphic creativity and innovative writing and editing skills.
