職責(zé)義務(wù):
Duties & Responsibilities:
1.與既有的客戶和潛在的客戶及合作伙伴保持密切的聯(lián)系。
Identifies and handles sales leads effectively and efficiently.
2.高效認(rèn)知和掌握銷售線索。
Represents the hotel and participates in domestic and international sales activities.
3.代表酒店參加國際及國內(nèi)的銷售活動。
Creative contribution to product and sales development.
4.發(fā)揮創(chuàng)造力,為酒店的產(chǎn)品及部門做出應(yīng)有的貢獻(xiàn)。
Fulfills Customer Relationship Management responsibilities and sales goals for defined customers through planned customer interviews.
5.仔細(xì)計劃與客戶的會面,對預(yù)定的客戶實(shí)施客戶關(guān)系管理,完成銷售目標(biāo)。
Monitors and reports on market and competition within own market segment.
6.在所負(fù)責(zé)的市場區(qū)域內(nèi),監(jiān)視和報告市場及競爭者的情況。
Prepares and updates customer management reports and ensures all necessary follow up work is carried out on time.
7.準(zhǔn)備銷售報告,確保市場及客戶信息的準(zhǔn)確性,以便于工作的跟進(jìn)。
Active distribution of product information and creates awareness in the markets and business segments or responsibility.
8.積極地傳播產(chǎn)品信息,在負(fù)責(zé)的市場內(nèi)營造酒店的知名度。

專業(yè)知識技能:
Job Knowledge / Skill:
1.具備領(lǐng)導(dǎo)才能,了解所負(fù)責(zé)部門對各職位的責(zé)任。
Have leadership skills and understand the responsibilities of the department responsible for each position.
2.掌握使用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)及其它主要電腦系統(tǒng)的知識。
Knowledge of the Internet and other major computer systems.
3.掌握應(yīng)用銷售及前臺的電腦系統(tǒng)。
Master the application of sales and front desk computer systems.
4.了解商務(wù)旅游、旅游業(yè)國際市場,會議旅游及餐飲銷售。
Understand business travel, international tourism market, conference travel and catering sales.
5.能夠掌握和理解市場和競爭。
Able to grasp and understand the market and competition.
6.必須具備良好的中,英文讀寫能力。
Must have good Chinese and English reading and writing skills.
7.良好的電腦技能,至少會使用微軟2003或以上操作系統(tǒng)、微軟辦公軟件2003或更高版本、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)及其它的流行出版軟件。
