職責義務：
Duties & Responsibilities:
1.實施工作標準和服務程序，督促員工嚴格履行其崗位職責。
Implement working standards and service procedures, and urge employees to strictly perform their duties.
2.根據營業情況，對服務員進行工作任務分配，確保提供優質服務。
Assign work tasks to waiters according to business conditions to ensure quality service.
3.與賓客和廚房保持良好的工作關系，及時向經理和廚師長反饋賓客對食品，服務方面的信息，不斷提高餐飲產品和服務的質量。
Maintain a good working relationship with guests and the kitchen, timely feedback guests' information on food and service to the manager and chef, and constantly improve the quality of food and beverage products and services.
4.了解客情，親自為重要賓客服務。
Understand customers and personally serve important guests.
5.處理餐廳里發生的問題和賓客的意見，并及時向經理匯報。
Deal with the problems in the restaurant and guests' comments, and report to the manager in time.
6.定期檢查，清點餐廳的設備、餐具、布草等物品，將結果匯報給經理。
Regularly check the equipment, tableware, linen and other items in the restaurant, and report the results to the manager.
專業知識技能：
Job Knowledge / Skill:
1.大專以上學歷或同等學歷，1年以上同崗位工作經歷，能用一門外語進行對客服務。
College degree or equivalent, more than 1 year work experience in the same position, able to speak a foreign language for customer service.
2.有一定的組織和管理能力，具有熟練的餐飲服務技能。
Have certain organization and management ability, and have skilled catering service skills.
3.熱愛本職工作，工作勤勤懇懇，認真負責。
