職責(zé)義務(wù):
Duties & Responsibilities:
1.制定和組織公司的公關(guān)計(jì)劃,實(shí)施公關(guān)活動(dòng)。
Formulated and organized the company's public relations plan and implemented public relations activities.
2.策劃與組織實(shí)施產(chǎn)品訂貨會(huì)、新產(chǎn)品發(fā)布會(huì)以及行業(yè)展會(huì)的市場(chǎng)宣傳等公關(guān)活動(dòng)。
Planned and organized public relations activities such as product ordering meetings, new product launches and market promotion of industry exhibitions.
3.協(xié)調(diào)公司各部門(mén)資源,樹(shù)立和提升公司行業(yè)知名度。
Coordinated the resources of various departments of the company to establish and enhance the industry visibility of the company.
4.適當(dāng)時(shí)作為酒店的新聞發(fā)言人。
Act as the official spokesperson for the hotel when appropriate.
5.制作公關(guān)計(jì)劃,促進(jìn)和保持良好的對(duì)外關(guān)系,以保持酒店的聲望。具體任務(wù)包括計(jì)劃、指導(dǎo)、管理、協(xié)調(diào)和參與所有公關(guān)活動(dòng)。
Produces Public Relations Plan which promotes and maintains good public relations in order to maintain the prestigious image of the hotel. Duties involve planning, directing, controlling, coordinating and participating in all Public Relations activities.
6.與媒體人士聯(lián)系,策劃新聞發(fā)布會(huì)以及其它新聞活動(dòng)。代表酒店與媒體聯(lián)系,以促進(jìn)良好的公關(guān)形象,抵銷(xiāo)一切不良影響。
Develops media contacts, plans press conferences and other press activities. Acts as hotel’s liaison with media to promote good publicity and counteract bad publicity.
7.及時(shí)了解與媒體/合作方合作中遇到的各種問(wèn)題并妥善解決。
Timely understanding of various problems encountered in cooperation with media/partners and properly solving them.
專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)技能:
Job Knowledge / Skill:
1.需有同等崗位工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
Work experience in equivalent position is required.
2.優(yōu)秀的語(yǔ)言表達(dá)能力,能夠在公關(guān)活動(dòng)中進(jìn)行富于感染力的演講。
Excellent language skills, able to make appealing speeches in public relations activities.
3.較強(qiáng)的觀(guān)察和應(yīng)變能力,優(yōu)秀的人際交往和協(xié)調(diào)能力,較強(qiáng)的社會(huì)活動(dòng)能力。
Strong observation and response skills, excellent interpersonal communication and coordination skills, and strong social activity ability.
4.了解電子商務(wù),大眾傳播,平面創(chuàng)意和具有創(chuàng)新性的寫(xiě)作與編輯能力。
Knowledge of e-commerce, mass communication, graphic creativity and innovative writing and editing skills.
5.個(gè)性積極主動(dòng),工作認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)。
