通過收入管理,房間控制,不同市場細(xì)分價(jià)格的價(jià)格定位,數(shù)字統(tǒng)計(jì)分析及刺激需求等手段最大限度的增加酒店收入。
Maximize hotel revenue through revenue management, room control, price positioning of different market segments, statistical analysis and demand stimulation.
職責(zé)義務(wù):
Duties & Responsibilities:
1.通過分析識(shí)別可以增加酒店收入的機(jī)會(huì)。
Analyze and identify opportunities to increase hotel revenue.
2.根據(jù)市場劃分,需要和酒店定位建立不同的價(jià)格戰(zhàn)略。
According to market segmentation, different pricing strategies need to be established with hotel positioning.
3.對(duì)預(yù)訂銷售作出指導(dǎo):
?Guidance on booking sales:
?向部門員工做有關(guān)收入管理技巧和其正確執(zhí)行的培訓(xùn)。
Provide training to department staff on revenue management skills and their proper execution.
?管理預(yù)訂目標(biāo)。
Manage booking goals.
?確保各個(gè)銷售渠道不產(chǎn)生沖突。
Ensure that there is no conflict between sales channels.
?盡可能的增加中央預(yù)訂的數(shù)量。
Increase the number of central bookings where possible.
4.協(xié)助市場營銷總監(jiān)籌措發(fā)展商業(yè)計(jì)劃和酒店預(yù)測計(jì)劃。
Assist Marketing Director in developing business plan and hotel forecast plan.
5.為迎合酒店的收入目標(biāo)發(fā)展和監(jiān)控價(jià)格和市場細(xì)分戰(zhàn)略,特別注意在酒店淡季時(shí)刺激需求。
?Develop and monitor pricing and market segmentation strategies to meet the hotel's revenue targets, paying particular attention to stimulating demand during the hotel's off-season.
6.定期的講究并報(bào)告各種收入管理活動(dòng)成功和失敗的原因。
Regularly monitor and report on the success and failure of various revenue management activities.
7.監(jiān)控預(yù)訂部整個(gè)運(yùn)作確保所有工作按期并按照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)完成。
Monitor the entire operation of the reservation department to ensure that all work is completed on time and in accordance with standards.
8.確保預(yù)訂部和前廳執(zhí)行各種銷售戰(zhàn)略。
Ensure that reservations and front office implement various sales strategies.
9.通過全球銷售系統(tǒng),因特網(wǎng)和各種報(bào)告回顧分析競爭對(duì)手的價(jià)格和狀態(tài)。
Retrospective analysis of competitors' prices and status through the Global Sales System, the Internet and various reports.
10.評(píng)估團(tuán)隊(duì)需求以使酒店獲得最大收入。
Assess team needs to maximize revenue for the hotel.
11.參加收益管理會(huì)議并通知管理層有關(guān)補(bǔ)救辦法和跟蹤行動(dòng)。
Attend revenue management meetings and inform management about remedies and follow-up actions.
12.依照集團(tuán)的成功宗旨培養(yǎng)發(fā)展屬下員工。
Develop employees in accordance with the Group's success objectives.
專業(yè)知識(shí)技能:
Job Knowledge / Skill:
1.良好的市場知識(shí)及分析技巧,最好對(duì)酒店運(yùn)作知識(shí)有充分理解,擅長使用相關(guān)軟件。
?Good market knowledge and analytical skills, preferably have a full understanding of hotel operation knowledge and be good at using relevant software.
2.至少有3年的商業(yè)市場部門和在國際連鎖酒店前臺(tái),預(yù)訂或銷售部的相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
?At least 3 years of relevant working experience in business Marketing Department and front desk, reservation or sales department of international hotel chain.
3.具備創(chuàng)新精神、工作主動(dòng)和自我激勵(lì)。
Have innovative spirit, initiative and self-motivation.
