Maximize hotel revenue through revenue management, room control, price positioning of different market segments, statistical analysis and demand stimulation.
職責義務:
Duties & Responsibilities:
1.通過分析識別可以增加酒店收入的機會。
Analyze and identify opportunities to increase hotel revenue.
2.根據市場劃分,需要和酒店定位建立不同的價格戰略。
According to market segmentation, different pricing strategies need to be established with hotel positioning.
3.對預訂銷售作出指導:
?Guidance on booking sales:
?向部門員工做有關收入管理技巧和其正確執行的培訓。
Provide training to department staff on revenue management skills and their proper execution.
?管理預訂目標。
Manage booking goals.
?確保各個銷售渠道不產生沖突。
Ensure that there is no conflict between sales channels.
?盡可能的增加中央預訂的數量。
Increase the number of central bookings where possible.
4.協助市場營銷總監籌措發展商業計劃和酒店預測計劃。
Assist Marketing Director in developing business plan and hotel forecast plan.
5.為迎合酒店的收入目標發展和監控價格和市場細分戰略,特別注意在酒店淡季時刺激需求。
?Develop and monitor pricing and market segmentation strategies to meet the hotel's revenue targets, paying particular attention to stimulating demand during the hotel's off-season.
6.定期的講究并報告各種收入管理活動成功和失敗的原因。
Regularly monitor and report on the success and failure of various revenue management activities.
7.監控預訂部整個運作確保所有工作按期并按照標準完成。
Monitor the entire operation of the reservation department to ensure that all work is completed on time and in accordance with standards.
8.確保預訂部和前廳執行各種銷售戰略。
Ensure that reservations and front office implement various sales strategies.
9.通過全球銷售系統,因特網和各種報告回顧分析競爭對手的價格和狀態。
Retrospective analysis of competitors' prices and status through the Global Sales System, the Internet and various reports.
10.評估團隊需求以使酒店獲得最大收入。
Assess team needs to maximize revenue for the hotel.
11.參加收益管理會議并通知管理層有關補救辦法和跟蹤行動。
Attend revenue management meetings and inform management about remedies and follow-up actions.
12.依照集團的成功宗旨培養發展屬下員工。
Develop employees in accordance with the Group's success objectives.
專業知識技能:
Job Knowledge / Skill:
1.良好的市場知識及分析技巧,最好對酒店運作知識有充分理解,擅長使用相關軟件。
?Good market knowledge and analytical skills, preferably have a full understanding of hotel operation knowledge and be good at using relevant software.
2.至少有3年的商業市場部門和在國際連鎖酒店前臺,預訂或銷售部的相關工作經驗。
?At least 3 years of relevant working experience in business Marketing Department and front desk, reservation or sales department of international hotel chain.
3.具備創新精神、工作主動和自我激勵。
Have innovative spirit, initiative and self-motivation.
