職責義務:
Duties & Responsibilities:
1.確保餐廳政策和程序與品牌標準相符并得到貫徹和執行。
Ensure that restaurant policies and procedures are in line with brand standards and are implemented and enforced.
2.根據員工需求制定和實施相關培訓計劃并對他們的學習情況做出評估。
Develop and implement relevant training plans according to employees' needs and evaluate their learning.
3.在制定計劃及時發現和彌補服務標準上的不足加以彌補并在之后予以貫徹和執行。

4.指導下屬的工作以確保相關政策和程序的執行。

5.和廚房保持及時有效溝通。

6.幫助團隊成員指定培訓計劃。
Help team members develop training plans.
7.保持并提升與下屬員工的良好工作氛圍和恰當的工作關系。
Maintain and promote a good working atmosphere and proper working relationship with subordinates.
8.嚴格執行員工儀容儀表規范。
Strictly implement staff grooming standards.
9.問候客人,解決客人提出的各種意見及問題,隨時保持銷售意識以增加收入在客人點單時向他們推薦餐廳的食品及飲料。
Greet guests, solve all kinds of comments and problems raised by guests, maintain sales awareness at any time to increase income, and recommend food and beverage to guests when they order.
10.保持并不斷拓展與客人的良好關系。
Maintain and develop good relationships with guests.
11.有能力完成所有工作以及經理安排下來的工作。

12.能相應的對食品促銷等活動提出自己的合理化建議。
