職位描述

職責(zé)義務(wù):

Duties & Responsibilities:

1.設(shè)計(jì)寓教于樂的親子活動(dòng),確保活動(dòng)內(nèi)容兼具趣味性和教育意義。

6. 搜集與尋找客戶資料,建立客戶檔案。

8.監(jiān)督員工執(zhí)行規(guī)章制度和服務(wù)程序,確保服務(wù)質(zhì)量。

Supervise employees in implementing rules and regulations and service procedures to ensure service quality.

9.帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)完成月度銷售目標(biāo),制定并執(zhí)行銷售策略。

Lead the team to achieve the monthly sales target, formulate and implement sales strategies.

10.開發(fā)并執(zhí)行有效的會(huì)員營銷及考核策略,提高會(huì)員滿意度和續(xù)費(fèi)率。

Develop and implement effective member marketing and assessment strategies to enhance member satisfaction and renewal rates.

11.建立合理的教練團(tuán)隊(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)與培養(yǎng)機(jī)制,保證團(tuán)隊(duì)的穩(wěn)定和發(fā)展。
