職位描述

職責義務:

Duties & Responsibilities:

1.員工餐廳廚房管理:貫徹落實各項規章制度,帶領班組人員認真執行操作規程,規范作業,杜絕違反任何規章制度。

2.廚房設施設備管理:貫徹落實廚房設施設備使用規范,確保廚房物品安全,水、電、氣使用安全。

專業知識技能:
