負責前臺接待工作,向客人傳遞良好的品牌形象和服務態度,保障客戶的滿意度。

Responsible for reception work, delivering good brand image and service attitude to guests, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

職責義務:

Duties & Responsibilities:

1.每班檢查當日抵店客人信息,包括貴賓、萬豪優先顧客、回頭客人、團隊的情況以及特別要求。

Checkthe information of guests who arrive at the hotel on the day of each shift,including VIPs, Marriott priority customers, returning customers, teamsituations, and special requirements.

2.任何時候確保備用金充足和準確。

Ensuresufficient and accurate reserve funds at all times.

3.每班上崗前參加代理前廳經理/賓客服務經理主持的交班會。

Attend a handovermeeting hosted by the Acting Front Office Manager/Guest Service Manager beforeeach shift starts work.

4.查看房間狀態。

Checkthe room status.

5.按照客人的訂房要求和喜好以及房間控制的政策分房。準備需要預分配的房間和貴賓預訂。

Dividerooms according to guests' booking requirements and preferences, as well asroom control policies. Prepare rooms and VIP reservations that require preallocation.

6.查看預抵團隊并分配房號。

Check the pre arrivalteam and assign room numbers.

7.為團隊和散客辦理入住手續。

Check in proceduresfor teams and individual guests.

8.提前查看預計退房的貴賓/長住客/團隊/會議團隊的賬單,并做必要的準備。

Check the bills of VIP/long-termguests/teams/conference teams who are expected to check out in advance and makenecessary preparations.
