職責義務:
Duties & Responsibilities:
1.掌握當日客情及餐飲活動。
Keep track of the current customer situation and dining activities.
2.參與各項前臺的工作,發現并上報工作中出現的問題。
Participate in various front desk tasks, identify and report problems that arise during the work.
3.掌握當天到店及離店的重要賓客,回頭賓客。
Be familiar with the important guests and repeat guests who arrive and leave on that day.
4.在賓客到店之前準備好登記表、鑰匙卡等以確保入住手續方便、快捷。
Prepare registration forms, key cards, etc. before the guests arrive to ensure a convenient and quick check-in process.
5.與住店賓客保持良好溝通以了解賓客喜好,協助賓客解決疑難事宜。
Maintain good communication with the guests staying at the hotel to understand their preferences and assist them in resolving any difficulties.
6.做好每日對住店賓客的電話拜訪工作,搜集賓客意見并及時采取跟進措施與向上級反映。
Conduct daily phone visits to the guests staying at the hotel, collect guest opinions and take timely follow-up measures and report to the superiors.
7.在前臺、大堂及行政樓層接待及迎送住離店的賓客。
Receive and greet guests arriving and departing at the front desk, lobby and executive floor.
8.協助入住行政樓層之賓客辦理登記入住及離店手續。
Assist guests staying in the executive floor in completing the check-in and check-out procedures.?
專業知識技能:
Job Knowledge / Skill:
1.大專以上學歷,有同崗位工作經驗1年以上,有良好英文溝通能力。
College degree or above, with more than 1 years of experience in the same position, and excellent English communication skills.
2.具有良好的服務意識,團隊協作精神以及良好的溝通、協調和應變能力。
Possess a good sense of service, teamwork spirit, as well as good communication, coordination and adaptability skills.
3.注重細節,工作有責任心,敢于承擔責任,執行力較強。
