職責義務:
Duties & Responsibilities:
1.制定對外營銷、開拓客源市場計劃,建立健全良好的區域性營銷渠道與方法。
Make plans for external marketing and developing customer source markets, and establish and improve good regional marketing channels and methods.
2.執行住店客人、旅行團及散客的銷售及跟進接待工作。
Responsible for the sales and reception of hotel guests, tour groups and individual guests.
3.分析市場動向、特點和發展趨勢,設立市場目標。
Analyze market trends, characteristics and development trends, and set market targets.
4.走訪客戶,根據市場變化,并不斷改進服務工作。
Visit customers, according to market changes, and constantly improve service work.
5.積極宣傳酒店服務和設施,樹立酒店形象。
Actively promote hotel services and facilities to establish the image of the hotel.
專業知識技能:
Job Knowledge / Skill:
1.大專及以上學歷,有相同崗位工作經驗者優先。
College degree or above, with similar job experience is preferred.
2.了解溫泉的相關知識和服務流程。
Understand the relevant knowledge and service process of hot springs.
3.對當地市場有一定的了解,熟悉本地賓客的消費心理,關注賓客需求,具備一定的客源。
Have a certain understanding of the local market, be familiar with the consumer psychology of local guests, pay attention to the needs of guests, and have a certain customer source.
4.具有良好的溝通技巧和對客溝通能力,創新意識、營銷思路。
