職責(zé)義務(wù):
Duties & Responsibilities:
1.認(rèn)真地和上班的同事做好工作交接,了解相關(guān)信息,做好崗位衛(wèi)生工作。
Carefully hand over the work to the colleagues who are on duty, obtain relevant information, and ensure the cleanliness of the position.?
2.嚴(yán)格遵守部門(mén)規(guī)章制度,服從上級(jí)安排。

3.熱情接待每位客人,認(rèn)真、耐心地回答客人的每一個(gè)詢(xún)問(wèn)。
Warmly welcome every guest and carefully, patiently answer every inquiry from the guests.?
4.負(fù)責(zé)所有鑰匙牌(更衣柜和保管柜)的發(fā)放及保管。
Be responsible for the distribution and custody of all key cards (wardrobe locks and storage cabinets).
5.及時(shí)查看部門(mén)所有易耗物品,負(fù)責(zé)領(lǐng)取、添補(bǔ)與保管并做好盤(pán)點(diǎn)工作。
Regularly check all the consumable items in the department, be responsible for their collection, replenishment, storage and conducting inventory checks.?
6.冷靜、積極應(yīng)對(duì)客人的投訴,及時(shí)向上級(jí)反應(yīng),做好記錄工作。
Calmly and positively handle guests' complaints, promptly report to the superiors, and keep good records.?
7.負(fù)責(zé)商品的推銷(xiāo)、出售及盤(pán)點(diǎn)工作。
Be responsible for the promotion, sale and inventory management of the goods.?
8.認(rèn)真完成上級(jí)交給的其他工作。
