職責義務:

2.烹飪制作:熟練掌握各種小吃的制作工藝,保證出品質量和特色風味。

3.衛生管理:保持廚房及工作區域的衛生,確保符合食品安全標準。
Hygiene Management: Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and work areas, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
4.成本控制:合理使用原料,精打細算,加強成本核算,確保經濟效益。
Cost Control: Make rational use of raw materials, be meticulous in planning, strengthen cost accounting, and ensure economic benefits.?
5.團隊協作:與其他工作人員協作,確保餐廳服務標準的執行。?

專業知識技能:
Job Knowledge / Skill:
1.1年以上相關工作經驗,熟悉小吃的制作流程和原料特性。
At least 1 year of relevant working experience, familiar with the production process and ingredient characteristics of snacks.
2.具備良好的溝通能力和執行能力…能夠嚴格按照標準操作。
Possess excellent communication skills and execution abilities... and can strictly follow the standard procedures.
