3.衛生管理：保持廚房及工作區域的衛生，確保符合食品安全標準。

4.成本控制：合理使用原料，精打細算，加強成本核算，確保經濟效益。
Cost Control: Make rational use of raw materials, be meticulous in planning, strengthen cost accounting, and ensure economic benefits.?

專業知識技能：
Job Knowledge / Skill:
1.1年以上相關工作經驗，熟悉小吃的制作流程和原料特性。

2.具備良好的溝通能力和執行能力…能夠嚴格按照標準操作。
