職責(zé)義務(wù):

1.食材準(zhǔn)備:負(fù)責(zé)小吃所需食材的準(zhǔn)備,確保新鮮和衛(wèi)生。

2.烹飪制作:熟練掌握各種小吃的制作工藝,保證出品質(zhì)量和特色風(fēng)味。
Cooking and Preparation: Proficient in the production techniques of various snacks, ensuring the quality and unique flavor of the final products.?
3.衛(wèi)生管理:保持廚房及工作區(qū)域的衛(wèi)生,確保符合食品安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
Hygiene Management: Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and work areas, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
4.成本控制:合理使用原料,精打細算,加強成本核算,確保經(jīng)濟效益。
Cost Control: Make rational use of raw materials, be meticulous in planning, strengthen cost accounting, and ensure economic benefits.?
5.團隊協(xié)作:與其他工作人員協(xié)作,確保餐廳服務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的執(zhí)行。?

專業(yè)知識技能:
Job Knowledge / Skill:
1.1年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗,熟悉小吃的制作流程和原料特性。
At least 1 year of relevant working experience, familiar with the production process and ingredient characteristics of snacks.
2.具備良好的溝通能力和執(zhí)行能力…能夠嚴(yán)格按照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)操作。
Possess excellent communication skills and execution abilities... and can strictly follow the standard procedures.
