職責(zé)義務(wù):
Duties & Responsibilities:
1.負(fù)責(zé)辦理員工的入職和離職手續(xù)。
Be responsible for handling the onboarding and offboarding procedures of employees.
2.負(fù)責(zé)員工更衣柜鑰匙的發(fā)放,并管理員工更衣室。
Be responsible for distributing locker keys to employees and managing the staff changing rooms.
3.負(fù)責(zé)員工ID卡發(fā)放,做到準(zhǔn)確無(wú)誤。
Be responsible for the accurate distribution of employee ID cards.
4.制作員工個(gè)人檔案,更新人事檔案數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)資料。
Create personal files for employees and update the information in the personnel file database.
5.負(fù)責(zé)部門各類單據(jù)文件的收發(fā)、存檔、草擬、打印及傳遞。
Be responsible for the receipt, dispatch, archiving, drafting, printing and transmission of all kinds of documents and files of the department.
6.負(fù)責(zé)外包小時(shí)工系統(tǒng)考勤核對(duì)。
Be responsible for the attendance verification of the outsourced hourly worker system.

Job Knowledge / Skill:
1.大專以上學(xué)歷,可接受實(shí)習(xí)生。
College degree or above, interns are acceptable.
2.具有良好的溝通能力和協(xié)調(diào)能力。
