負責禮賓接待工作,向客人傳遞良好的品牌形象和服務態度,保障客戶的滿意度。
Responsible for concierge reception work, delivering good brand image and service attitude to guests, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
職責義務:
Duties & Responsibilities:
1.用微笑和目光接觸問候所有抵店和離店的客人。
Greet all arriving anddeparting guests with a smile and eye contact.
2.為抵店和離店的客人/團體收送行李。
Collect and deliver luggage forarriving and departing guests/groups.
3.每日上崗前要參加由禮賓部經理和主管主持的簡報會。
The baggage handler must attenda briefing hosted by the concierge manager and supervisor before starting workevery day.
4.使禮賓部經理和領班知道客人需求和偏好確保提高專職管家服務的水準。
Ensure that the conciergemanager and team leader are aware of guest needs and preferences to improve thelevel of dedicated butler service.
5.為所有住店客人介紹客房設施,例如:空調控制,電燈開關,保險箱、電視,電話,衣櫥等。

6.接受客人要寄存的行李,交給客人行李寄存卡,并相應地在記錄本上登記。
Accept the luggage that theguest wants to store, hand it over to the guest's luggage storage card, andregister it in the record book accordingly.
7.識別貴賓、萬豪旅享家、常規客人和長住客人并提供個性化的服務。
Identify VIPs, MarriottTraveler, regular guests, and long-term guests and provide personalizedservices.
