職位描述

職責(zé)義務(wù):

Duties & Responsibilities:

1.會員體系設(shè)計:設(shè)計搭建及優(yōu)化會員等級、積分制度、獎勵機制。

Membership system design: design, build and optimize membership levels, points system and reward mechanism.

2.市場調(diào)研:分析競爭對手的會員政策,提出改進措施。

Market research: Analyze the membership policies of competitors and propose improvement measures.

3.會員招募:制定會員招募計劃,增加新會員數(shù)量。

Member recruitment: Make member recruitment plan and increase the number of new members.

4.會員維護:維護現(xiàn)有會員,提高會員滿意度和忠誠度。

Member maintenance: Maintain existing members, improve member satisfaction and loyalty.

5.數(shù)據(jù)分析:監(jiān)控會員數(shù)據(jù),分析會員行為,提供決策支持。

Data analysis: Monitor member data, analyze member behavior, and provide decision support.

專業(yè)知識技能:

Job Knowledge / Skill:

1.行業(yè)經(jīng)驗:至少5年以上酒店行業(yè)經(jīng)驗,其中3年以上會員管理或客戶關(guān)系管理經(jīng)驗。

Industry experience: at least 5 years experience in hotel industry, including at least 3 years experience in membership management or customer relationship management.

2.品牌酒店經(jīng)驗:有知名酒店集團會員體系搭建和管理經(jīng)驗。

Experience in brand hotels: Experience in building and managing member systems of well-known hotel groups.

3.項目管理:出色的項目管理能力,能夠獨立規(guī)劃和執(zhí)行會員項目。

Project management: Excellent project management ability, able to independently plan and execute member projects.

4.數(shù)據(jù)分析:熟練使用Excel、SQL等數(shù)據(jù)分析工具。
